Social Impact

Eligible product. The 20% social-impact commitment applies to the full 12-month Make Baby Complete annual membership. It does not apply to monthly plans, one-off consultations, retreats, courses, or bundles unless specifically stated.

Basis of calculation. The commitment is calculated on eligible annual subscription income — the amount Make Baby Complete receives from qualifying annual membership sales, net of payment-processor fees, refunds, and applicable taxes. The final accounting definition is set out in the Social Impact Policy and reviewed annually.

Administration. Allocations are administered according to the platform's published Social Impact Policy and an annual reporting process. Charity partners may be selected, rotated, or updated over time based on due diligence, transparency ratings, and mission alignment.

This is not a tax-deductible donation on your side. It is a commitment on the company's side to redirect a fixed percentage of eligible annual membership income into social causes.

Once the first eligible annual subscriptions have completed a full cycle, Make Baby Complete plans to publish a yearly Social Impact Summary showing:

• The total eligible annual subscription base for the reporting period.
• The 12% allocation and its recipient categories.
• The 8% allocation and its recipient categories.
• Partner organisations selected for that reporting period, where public.
• Any limitations, delays, or scope changes — reported honestly.

Nothing here creates a legal obligation on any customer. Everything here creates a public commitment on the company.

• Social-impact allocations depend on the availability of eligible income after refunds, chargebacks, and required taxes.
• Partner selection follows due-diligence criteria and may change year to year.
• Where local law restricts corporate donations to certain categories or jurisdictions, allocations will be redirected to an eligible cause in the same broad category.
• No customer receives any guarantee of individual outcome from this program — this is a company-side commitment, not a per-customer receipt.
• This program is separate from any adoption-orientation / family-pathways service, which is code-gated and offered separately.
