Refund Policy
Core principle
Except where required by mandatory applicable law or expressly approved by Make Baby Complete in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions
See Subscription Terms. A discretionary refund of up to 50% may be considered if you cancel within 24 hours after your first subscription payment. Renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.
Consultations — 3+ days before
If you cancel at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled consultation time, you may be eligible for up to 50% refund. Refunds are not automatic and require admin approval. You may reschedule instead.
Consultations — less than 3 days
If you cancel less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled consultation, no refund is owed. You may request one free rescheduling where reasonably possible.
Consultations — within 24 hours or no-show
If you cancel within 24 hours before the consultation, or do not attend, no refund is owed and payment is forfeited. Rescheduling is discretionary.
Anti-abuse — rescheduling
If you reschedule a consultation, the original payment date and original cancellation/refund window still control refund eligibility unless Make Baby Complete expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Rescheduling does not create a new refund window.
Retreats
Retreat payments are generally non-refundable. Retreats involve planning, availability reservation, accommodation/logistics, third-party costs, and preparation work. Refunds are only possible where required by mandatory law or expressly approved by Make Baby Complete in writing. Deposits, reservation fees, administrative fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable unless required by law. If Make Baby Complete cancels or cannot materially provide the retreat, Make Baby Complete may offer rescheduling, credit, alternative dates, or refund per the specific written retreat agreement and applicable law.
Exceptional refunds
Make Baby Complete may review exceptional refund requests in cases of serious service failure, verified misconduct, duplicate payment, technical payment error, or where mandatory law requires a refund. All exceptional refunds are discretionary unless legally required. Dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund. Requests must be submitted in writing with relevant details. Abuse, threats, false claims, chargeback abuse, or bad-faith behavior may lead to account termination and refusal of discretionary refunds.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived. EU/EEA consumers should note that withdrawal rights may apply and may be limited where you have consented to immediate digital performance.
