How to delete

You can permanently delete your Make Baby Complete account from inside the app: log in → Dashboard → Privacy tab → Delete my account. You'll be asked to re-enter your password and type the confirmation phrase 'delete my account'.

Cannot log in?

Email support and reference the phrase 'gdpr deletion request' from the email address on your account.

What is deleted

Profile, onboarding, fertility/cycle data, Golden Window snapshots, support preferences, uploaded documents (raw files), AI document summaries, partner-sharing links.

What is anonymized

Past appointment requests, retreat inquiries, and support tickets are retained without your personal details.

Legally retained

Billing/tax records for the period required by law, never with secret payment credentials.
