Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, personal content is deleted or anonymized (see Delete Account page). Billing/tax records are retained where legally required.

Storage

Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted object storage and are never emailed.

Sharing

Admin only sees documents you explicitly share with admin, appointment, retreat, or support review. Partner sharing is OFF by default and requires explicit action.
