By creating an account or using Make Baby Complete, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, AI Disclaimer, and Data Safety terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Make Baby Complete is an educational, coaching, and support platform. It is not medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, fertility treatment, legal advice, or emergency service. No pregnancy or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Account & eligibility
You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials confidential. One account per person. Do not impersonate others or share access.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not: misuse the app; abuse refund or cancellation systems; submit false information; impersonate another person; attempt to access another user's account or data; scrape, copy, or extract content or data; reverse engineer the app; interfere with security; upload malware or unlawful content; harass, threaten, defame, or abuse staff; make fraudulent chargebacks; use the service for unlawful surveillance, espionage, competitor intelligence, or benchmarking; use the service on behalf of a competitor without written permission; or copy the business model, content, interface, taxonomy, AI flows, forms, legal texts, service structure, retreat model, or product strategy for competitive purposes.
5. Competitor / espionage clause
Use of Make Baby Complete by competitors, agents of competitors, consultants acting for competitors, or third parties gathering intelligence for competitive, commercial, litigation, media, or hostile purposes is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. If discovered, Make Baby Complete reserves all rights, including account suspension or termination, refusal of service, preservation of evidence, legal action, damages, injunctive relief, recovery of costs and attorney/legal fees where permitted, and holding both the individual actor and the organization behind them responsible where legally possible.
6. Security, scraping, malware
No malware. No automated scraping. No bots without written permission. No vulnerability probing except authorized security research. No credential stuffing. No bypassing access controls. No copying or extracting AI prompts, service taxonomies, documents, proprietary workflows, or internal logic.
7. Intellectual property
Make Baby Complete owns or licenses all branding, logo, design system, text, legal texts, AI prompts and workflows, service taxonomy, Golden Window methodology presentation, app structure, retreat program materials, consultation materials, educational content, forms, and dashboard organization. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
8. Payment abuse & chargebacks
Contact billing support before initiating a chargeback where reasonable. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may lead to account suspension. Access may be paused during a payment dispute. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts where legally permitted. Repeated payment abuse may lead to termination. Make Baby Complete preserves audit logs for payment disputes.
9. Conduct during consultations & retreats
Make Baby Complete may refuse, suspend, remove, or terminate services for harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, sexual misconduct, unsafe behavior, intoxication or drug abuse where relevant, repeated no-shows, disruptive conduct, violation of confidentiality, unlawful behavior, medical or travel safety concerns, failure to follow retreat rules, or non-payment. No refund is owed for removal caused by user misconduct unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability
Make Baby Complete may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Except as required by mandatory law, Make Baby Complete is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your written service agreement or, if none, by applicable local consumer-protection law where mandatory. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
