Subscription Terms
Products
Monthly subscription €30/month. Yearly subscription €300/year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Renewal & cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund previous payments. Access may continue until the end of the paid period if supported by the provider status. Failed, cancelled, or unverified payments do not activate paid access.
Immediate digital access consent
If you request immediate access to the digital service, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal/refund rights may be limited or lost where permitted by law.
Refund rule — first payment window
If you cancel within 24 hours after your first subscription payment, Make Baby Complete may, at its sole discretion and where legally permitted, approve a refund of up to 50% of that first subscription payment. 'Up to 50%' means 0–50% — a specific refund amount is not guaranteed. No refund is owed after the 24-hour window except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Make Baby Complete approves an exceptional written refund.
Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Make Baby Complete in writing.
Dissatisfaction
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after using the digital service, AI companion, Golden Window, document AI, or other app features, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
